Partner Yoga
Partner Yoga invites people to practise together to deepen the impact and experience of yoga. Differentiated by touch and connection, we use traction and leverage, and the kinesthetic awareness that comes from touch, to open your body to greater depths.
Exercising with your partner is a nurturing and enriching experience which reinforces your profound connection. Our sessions, tailored to your level, will provide challenge, expand your capacity and improve your vitality.
Partner yoga will help to increase your flexibility, improve muscle tone, stimulate your metabolism, protect from common conditions such as heart disease and reduce weight.
Partner Acrobatics
Easily accessible partner acrobatic poses and transitions deepen communication and develop trust. This practice strengthens the body, deepens core strength and stability, develops body awareness and promotes controlled and sensitive movement.
Practiced together with support from your teachers, this is a safe and playful way to challenge your body and mind. Starting from basics your experienced teachers will guide you on a journey of self-discovery.

Thai Massage
Learn to give and receive with your partner this ancient form of therapeutic massage. You will be guided through a range of techniques which will work on different body areas to relax and rebalance muscle, joints and tissue.
After exercising with your partner, thai-massage is a perfect cool down to unlock and release built up muscular tension, mobilise the joints, improve circulation and balance your energy.
The process of giving and receiving massage is a deeply nurturing experience and further connects you to your partner through a breathing, moving meditation.
