Haha. One arm clean and jerk with 30kg and a slow controlled negative. Super happy with this. Left arm not quite as stable but getting there. Bring on the flyers. I am ready.
So happy we have a new 20kg bar + 120kg of weights. Base training starts here. Only 2 weeks till Teacher training. Need to get these muscles pumped and ready for action.
